Movement Experts
Hi! We're Megan and Madelynn, the movement experts behind California Kids PT. We both graduated with our doctorate of physical therapy (DPT) degrees, and have been working with children since the start of our physical therapy careers. Combined, we have over 10 years of experience as pediatric physical therapists.
As our friends and family around us started their families, we found ourselves being asked a lot of questions about motor development, and coming over to "check on" our friends' babies and offer our expert advice on their movement. We saw that the coaching we were giving our friends and family was valuable, and thought, "what do new parents who don't know a movement expert do when they have these questions?"
We started California Kids to share our knowledge and experience with all parents, so you have the confidence to know that what you're doing with your child is helping them in their growth and progress toward their motor milestones.
